Sarah is a residency trained Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedics and women’s health. She is LPI’s resident pelvic-floor specialist and has a passion for helping expecting & long-time mothers rehabilitate their bodies so that they can return to fitness and an active, pain-free lifestyle after having children. She is passionate about understanding and providing a holistic approach to human movement to assist all patients in achieving their goals.
Additionally, she is engaged in academia as a clinical faculty member, teaching at her alma mater, USC.
In her free time, Sarah enjoys staying active, from competing in triathlons to weekend yoga classes. She loves exploring LA’s food scene, cooking, and spinning ceramics, in addition to traveling abroad.
